Hajime Tabata, the Japanese game director who works for Square Enix, has revealed to European publication Game Reactor that the company currently has no plans to bring the upcoming Final Fantasy XV to the Nintendo NX which has squashed a few rumours we have seen over the last few months. That’s not to say it won’t ever happen as we still know next to nothing about the Nintendo NX or the games lined up for the platform.

Not surprised. FFXV was already in the process of being made with only the XB1 and PS4 in mind before the NX was announced. But i'm sure they can port it to NX if the demand is there and if the NX isn't difficult to port to.

Japanese developers will fib, though. That should be kept in mind.

Wait till Square Enix see's the  amiibo sales for Cloud when he's released ......

there will be $$$ to be made and higher ups could change their minds.

I hope they port it over eventually.

They need as many platforms as possible if they want to reach those 10 mill copies sold. PS4, XB1, NX and PC.
