Forums - Nintendo Discussion - The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is the most PC Nintendo game ever

I would not call Zelda a full PC game. After all Zelda BOW is just returning to its roots. The first Zelda was open world but also had a lot of action elements. It was sorta a cross of action games and RPGs like Ultima. It is not so much that Zelda is turning PC it is rather just returning to their roots which are part PC.

Switch is 9th generation. Everyone else is playing on last gen systems! UPDATE: This is no longer true

Around the Network

I will buy a NX for this game, but I sincerely hope they remove the item jingle before launch.

@op. PC gamer used to review some really big games, that wasn't for PC i remember reading a review for Ocarina of time back in 1999 in PC gamer (they have always liked Zelda). Back then i played mostly PC but bought a N64 on the side cause of some fun games like Mario Kart. Been hardcore console gamers since then (owned pretty much every mayor console since PS2 era and forward), until this gen, where master race is clearly better in every way . I did buy a PS4 though and i might get an NX, but never Xbone and Wii U for sure.

There definitely seems to be western influences on this game, and it does seem like what a PC game would be like too
