Nope without out a disc drive it would need at least have a 2TB HDD many games are over 50GB already Halo 5 is close to being over 80GB.

 

You don't need a hard drive at all much less 2TB. Just put in 256GB of flash and call it a day. Drive that price down to $199. If you need more space just plug in an external drive.

The backlash over  "just 256GB of storage " would be more than they want to deal with. And it'd be more from people that really won't buy an Xbox 1.
