Forums - Gaming Discussion - If the PS4K is real, is now a better time than ever to build a gaming PC?

I understand you're being sarcastic, but I find it hilarious that there are some people out there that actually seem to believe this. Just read some of the posts in this thread.

I know, it's just that it's reached a point where it's entirely pointless in trying to argue. It's been like this since I got here, whatever PCC related "shall I/should I" thread is always met with resounding "nope" results or answers that basically make PC's look like they haven't changed since the 70's where you require vast amounts of wealth and the knowledge of a rocket scientist in order to use one and even then it's apparently worthless to even bother, all of that just makes me think of Vivster's thread in the end.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

So you love your PS4 and you want to have better performance. So your conclusion is to buy a PC instead of a PS4K?

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Any time is a good time to build a new PC, but the problem I always find with focusing on PC gaming is that I always want the latest technology in my rig so I end up spending more money on upgrading then I do on the video games themselves.

Sure I can say enough is enough but while I'm playing im constantly thinking "Hmm I could play this with better graphics if I had this or that" At least with console i can't be OCD about it. except now with a new PS4 ill have to buy it :(
