...Or maybe YSO's prediction was wrong. xD Which is unusual, because typically they're pretty good at predicting the ranks of games. I do believe Pokken will have better legs than Digimon though.

YSO is not as infalliable as many have hoped >.>

As for Pokkén having better legs, I buy that. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Digimon outlasted it. It is a mainline game after all.

I expect Pokkén to sell around 70/80k, let's see if I'm too far off with my prediction. A Pokémon/Digimon battle for the top, dem feels :P.

There are a couple variables to consider here.

For one, Digimon is a mainline RPG game, while Pokken is a fighting spinoff.

Also, Digimon is on the Vita, where it targets its main demographic, while Pokken is on the Wii U, which has seen very few Pokemon titles (and the Vita has also sold more than the Wii U in Japan).

However, YSO predicted that Pokken would sell more than Digimon first week, so maybe the picture that these charts paint isn't entirely accurate.

Anyone know what is the most selling Pokemon game on consoles in Japan?
