"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

  • Buff Grass. Currently, Grass is among both the worst offensive and defensive types in the game. Seven types resist it and Grass has five weaknesses. And I appreciate their immunity to powder-based moves that cause status ailments, those were largely done by Grass types anyway. I didn't think I'd say this, but seeing how Gen 6 already messed with type advantages, I'd recommend taking away Grass's disadvantages to Dragon and Flying at least. Those two don't make that much sense anyway.

I kinda disagree with this. Atleast I think it's not THE worst type atm. There is quite a few competitive grass type atm. Amoongus and MegaVenusaur are the first to come to mind. But also Ferrothorn and even Ludicolo on rain teams. Sure enough, none of them are pure grass type. Sure Megavenusaur is not THAT used often, but to that you have to blame MegaKangaskhan taking the mega spot of 70% of the teams, and that is a other problem entirely. They need to fix the balance in a way that there is'nt 4 or 5 pokémons that each make it into 70% of the teams in the competitive scenes. No more Mega Kanga, Landorus, Thundurus etc... And make the balance where more pokémons are viable. Was'nt to bad in X/Y, atleast we could see alot of rain team, mega Mawile trick room teams, we also saw more mega charizard drought teams. But all of this was gone once OR/AS brought Landorus/Thundurus into the picture. Nerfing Mega Kanga could make way to other megas that are never being used like Metagross, Alakhazam, Swampert etc...

Anyway, back to grass being underpowered. Removing their flying weakness will make Mega Venusaur way to powerfull, bulky as he already is, he will now only have psychic for weakness (type that imo IS the worst and underused type atm). And taking away dragon's resistance to grass I fear that it will hurt dragons to much. Dragons are not what they used to since the appearance of fairies, I fear they would'nt be able to recover from losing a resistance.

Psychic is the type that need something to help them the most. There is currently no psychic in the competitive scene.

There should be an item in the game that allows you to artificially increase the difficulty and gain more exp.
I don't know what the mechanism would be, but something like that.

- Better story
- Day/Night cycle
- Seasons (Useless, but cool nonetheless)
- Higher difficulty level
- Longer game/More post-game content
- Make the humans less chibi and more like their artwork

Yes, I know I'm set up for disappointment already =P

I think we'll see a dolphin finally. Hope sun/moon has a tropical setting. Maybe a hammers hark pokémon too? :p

I would love if it was tropical themed, but they got to have them desert and snow areas. =/

Would like to see the game give you the Johto Starters in the same way XY gave you the Kanto starters, Mega Evolutions for them as well.

Bellsprout mega evolution.

Hi

Actually after watching this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4oafR3F8nA I'm much more convinced!

Better framerate, better story, more sidequest. And not region-locked for some cartridges.
