On a serious (?) note, my niece dreams of becoming an architect (she's 11), I guess she might like this!?

I would love an RTS style building game where we can build an empire or cities much like the these park/sim builders, definitely an diea that I can't imagine has been fully touched upon yet.

As for your niece  , I think this game would be a good interest, though that depends on if she likes the game in general along with the UI, some people love building parks and some just like building simple parks but are more interested in running the park itself and managing it's finances.

She likes me a lot, knowing her - she would play anything I buy her, and she would love it. I doubt thou that her short(ish) attention span would be good for running park and managing economy.

I guess she'd be making and "saving" lots of buildings, then call her friends to show them, then make some more and so on. That is, every 15 days when my brother leaves the computer to have some sleep =)

OT: The game is really giving us plenty of tools to work with, but I wouldn't mind if they do a video building a ride, which allegedly is what this game will be about.

I wouldn't mind seeing that myself and I imagine we'll see some basic rides probably during Jan since they just released two clips within Dec along with a Vlog.

Their site doesn't say anything about it... and wtf? Their site has option for English, French, German and Russian, but not Spanish? That doesn't inspire much confidence...

It's a bit odd that they haven't supported Spanish of all languages, especially considering most schools have the German, French and Spanish languages being taught in schools for decades, my high schools mostly had classes for French and Spanish over German (two HS's had German on my island out of the 5). Hopefully they'll come towards supporting the language before release.

I hope so.

They'll have to translate the game into french for sure (I think there's a law that forces them to do it if they want to launch the game in France), so I hope they take that opportunity and do the other translations.
