Thats part of it but its going to be intresting to see when and where the bulk of the 360 population go and Halo 5 could affect and holiday periods are when the big changes will happen.

I think it's worth pointing out that Halo 4 sold just over 1 million in the UK (retail) which means an attach rate of just over 11%, add digital sales and it's probably around 13% of 360 owners bought the last Halo game. That's the core Halo audience in the UK, and for sure many of that audience already has Xb one. The vast majority of 360 owners in the UK did not buy any Halo game during gen 7, so Halo 5 will not influence the 8th gen buying decision of most current 360 owners. The Halo core has been with Xbox since the original console, so all Halo is likely to do is help Xb one to reach Xb og levels, it's going to be down to other games to get Xb one significantly past that milestone.
