Forums - Nintendo Discussion - If Metroid Prime Federation force get atleast an 85+ metascore, will you buy it?

Would you buy Federation force if it got 85+ metascore?

Yes 14 12.50%

I would consider it. 26 23.21%

No, nothing can make me like that game. 53 47.32%

I would have bought it regardless 19 16.96%

Total:112

1-I don't care about ratings;
2-I won't buy it just because this game DESERVE to fail, because I'm shure we'll get another Spin-off before the next Metroid game if it doesn't fail and we Metroid fans don't deserve that. Plus they could have done a 2D Metroid game and we would have been happy, but they decided to not do it so yeah, Nintendo's fault.

I am there with you, it looks like a fun game to play with my friends or on a street pass event, and the developer working on it is very good, so planning to purchase, most likely day one.

Yup. Looks good.

Metascores don't make me buy games.

If I'm not interested, I ain't buyin'.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

no because my sale will help encourage Nintendo to do this again.

I'm not into where they're going with that game, but if it's truly great in the end, then sure, I'd consider it.

Not really expecting it, though.

I don't think this game deserves sales to be honest. All of the money and resources put into amiibo, Mario Tennis, Animal Crossing spin-offs, Pokemon spin-offs , and this should've been used to make a proper Metroid Prime.

Not unless I get a new 3DS.

FPS on my 2DS just won't work.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

No. The premise and control scheme are what I don't want. Even if it's a good game. That's not changing with a high score.

I don't use other reviewers to determine whether I'll buy a game or not. Honestly, the only reason I read reviews is because I like knowing other people's opinions, not because I want to determine whether to get a game or not.

but if alot of people say its a really good game and you watch gameplay videos and it would turn out to be really good, would you buy it?

"Really good" is all relative, even if all the reviews say it's good, if the game's gameplay is something someone doesn't like, the game won't be a good fit for the buyer.
