Forums - Gaming Discussion - Nintendo/DeNA should bring Fire Emblem IF TCG to iOS / Android

I know this doesn't sound original at all, and everybody is looking forward to see what they are going to come up with, but i think this would be a good idea that wouldn't hurt their console/HH business.

Pokemon Company already did something like this and had no problems i believe. It could also be a good way to advertise the next 3DS game.

What do you guys think?

Sure! I don't see why not. It'd be good promotion for the game on 3DS.

Not a bad idea but I wouldn't mind it on the wiiU/3ds as well

If it gets these cards localized then I'm all for it lol

It'd be nice, I guess.

I can definitely see "Casual" mode from Awakening be the default setting.

Hmm no, people don't play these games on mobile, these are elaborated dare i say ''harcore'' TCGs, the usual semi-succesful VCGs on mobile have much simpler mechanics, these hardcore TCG ala Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, are not there to get tens of millions of downloads but to give the harcore fans a simple, convenient way to play other than IRL or having to be in front of your desktop PC like with pokemon, in fact the only widely succesful one i know of is Heartstone and that not only follows the formula but also has a multi billion dollar corporation behind it -- Strictly on topic, if the costs are right, it would not hurt anyone it would be cool actually and make some money, but its not gonna do anything for the main games

I agree.

But I would prefer to get the cards... since I would collect them, not for playing, but just because it's awesome :p

pretty sure hearthstone and maybe the pokemon trading card game are pretty successful on there.

Eventually? Sure, but I definitely don't see it happening within their first year.

Id rather it be on 3DS/Wii U as well.

Actually I most definitely want physically printed cards in my hands... now.
