Does anyone remember that was actually Microsoft the one that had a publishing deal with CD Projekt RED?

I believe that the attention given to the game was split in consoles around %60 to %40 in favor of the PS4.

With that being said. Are publishing deals for multiplats working for Xbox? It only seems to be that every game that comes out in both consoles pushes more PS4s no matter of the publishing strategies.

Better than if they didn't get the publishing rights, I'm sure. But it seems like the PS4 version tends to outsell the Xbox One version even when MS have the narketing rightsm yeah. Though it looks like Black Ops 3 might be one of the exceptions. FPS fanbase is very strong on Xbox.
Question is if it's worth the money for MS though.


Was the rumour about Microsoft not getting marketing rights for the next Call of Duty ever confirmed? But yeah I agree, even if the games do sell better on PS4 it is at least better for them to try and market a game for the Xbox One than to not try at all. Makes me wonder how well Witcher 3 will sell on Xbox One compared to PS4.

I thought MS had the witcher marketing deal. PS4 version got reviewed and got most exposure. Good for PS4.

More and more it is looking like the PS4 is the console promoting The Witcher 3. I'm sure it'll sell 2:1 to the XB1 version...

Really dunno what's going on with MS and CDPR but it looks like the marketing rights have gone tits up since the review copies are only PS4 versions (not even PC for the franchise coming from there) and then there's this bundle along with there only being talk of the reviews due to the PS4 copies.

MS really needs to get their act together after this because it's not money well spent, it;s wasted cash and it's doing them no favours and certainly anyone else but Sony.

I hope by the next Witcher installment if they do get the rights again they should just go all the way with it or at least if they get more PC focus to go with that if they can't with their current/next system.

just saw an advert on UK tv and can confirm that Microsofts marketing deal is still intact, I guess its not as strict as to disallow unofficial/non boxed bundles marketed by supermarkets, in this case tesco.
