A group of Nintendo 3DS modders are working on a means of turning the portable into a remote PC desktop.
The folk from GBA temp have highlighted the ability to control a computer using a Nintendo 3DS console and a dedicated homebrew application.
The workaround is still in the early stages, with a patchy framerate, but does demonstrate potential for those who may wish to bring PC content to their handheld consoles. If all else fails, though, the Nintendo 3DS could do well in acting as an alternative controller for PC games.
