I own 'em all! I only use the Wii U browser because of how quick it is and how easy it is to navigate. PS3 and Wii used to get a lot of use but they became outdated. I rarely use the PS4 and XBO browsers. They are sharper but really cumbersome to use.
Vita and 3DS browser=Garbage and Shittier version of garbage.
Ouya browser sucks mostly due to the controller sucking so much.
PSP and DSi browsers are only considered browsers because they can technically access the internet but damn. Good luck with that experience.
If I'm not using the Wii U browser, I'm using my cell phone, laptop, or tablet. Wii U browser probably gets more use than all three, though. PS3's browser used to be amazing for downloading music, movies, pics, and wallpapers from the web. I miss that ability. :(
