Xbox: Down
PS4: Possibly up
Wii U: Up

No need for the conspiracy theories,  let's stay on topic,  shall we?  

OT: PS4 has no Japan launch but it's doing great numbers this year and won't be far behind YTD and could be ahead for March.  The rest of the world it will probably be up. 

Xbox has no titanfall so it will do well to be up.  

Wii u i dunno what it sold last year but I'll go with slightly up.

Possibly all 3 up

Wii U due to Mario Party 10 and general trending (slightly up yoy almost every single week)
PS4 due to new game releases
Xbox ONE due to higher general sales since the price drop(s) soaking up Titanfalls push last year

PS4 will be UP.

Bloodborne will sell more consoles than inFAMOUS.

And the Europe and Rest of the World will make it up yoy.

Xbox One will be up. Its baseline increased ever since they added more countries. It also has better face recognition after the holiday now.  Though there was 

PS4 will be up. While it has been down in both Jan and Feb, it has bloodeborn in March. As ive said before, this is what many consider the first big PS4 exclusive and the game looks awesome. Expect new buyers

WiiU will be up as well. I dont have much to work with on this other than WiiU has been up in both Jan and Feb so ill assume March as well. Maybe because it has Mario Kart now which i do assume has increased its baseline a bit. Plus it does have other games like Bayonetta, Mario 3D world, DKC, etc Its bigger library this year should help its baseline even if by just a little

EDIT:  I change my mind on XBO.  TitanFall last year.  So could be down actually
