Not really major news, but it certianly supports the evidence from the south African Retailer from the past week.

I'm convinved at this point. nintendo want splatoon to become a franchise, and wants its majors titles to all have amiibo support... I was actually kinda suprised majoras mask 3d didnt have amiibo support...

I figured pretty much every first party game from Nintendo will use at least some Amiibos, so I'm not surprised.
