Forums - General Discussion - PSA: Anthem Data Breach and What You Should Do

Given that we are all tech savvy and had to deal with the Anonymous and Lizard Squad hacks, I just thought that this should be brought to everyone's attention (I haven't seen anyoen post about this yet.). If you're from the US and ever had insurance with any of the Anthem products (like me), then there is a 25% chance that your personal information has been compromised. This includes SSNs, addresses, names, birthdates, and more. I've included links to some articles below, but please feel free to chime in with any other useful articles or advice. Good luck to anyone else affected:

Edit: this is my first thread, so please let me know if there is anything that should be changed or improved; thanks in advance.

Sorry, had to lol at your first 7 words.

OT: A" sophisticated external attack"? Those are rare nowadays. Unless he has a different definition of external.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
