What don't Japan have love for Final Fantasy VI I can understand that Starcraft is not there but Final Fantasy VI?

Well i'm not a sony fan at all, but FF VIII is mys second favourite FF game and one of my top five games ever :D, and i don't think FF VII is mediocre, but i think it is little bit overated :P.
