Yea, the hypothesis that they could stay at the same average weekly gap was VERY unrealistic. For the sales dynamics in time, even more so in Japan, Wii U should fade earlier, giving PS4 an additional opportunity even if it won't take off in an outstanding way like it did elsewhere.
Like a lot already said, when FFXV, KH3, and Persona 5 come out. Especially if they do some sort of bundle.
I'm now filled with determination.
PS4 is going to need to push as many consoles as possible in the next twelve months, because the second round of the sales tax increase looms in October of next year. If it can't outsell the wii u by then I don't know if it will be able to simply because the rate in which people buy anything could diminish to the point where even a lead of a couple hundred thousand could prove insurmountable.
It's a 1.2m gap...And ps4 currently outsells wii u by a little!Also japanese games will give it a permament boost?Are you sure that wii u won't outsell ps4 again?I suggest to see the worrying vita sales which is a portable and has many japanese titles,be cautious ;)...!
Lastly,wii u will have games too!E.g Pokken tournament...
I won't predict when,it s really hard to tell.
It might never pass it or will pass it very late,when the predecessor of wii u comes!

Lolll, Indeed! The mighty PS4 has many cards up its sleeve and this one will be its greatest one yet! Not only will it make the ps4 the #1 console in Japan, but it will make Morpheus vastly more successful than Oculus Rift will ever be!
