Our dog jumped a skunk once. You're screwed, it takes weeks for the smell to go away completely.
There are plenty of recommendations on the internet, we tried a bunch of them.

My dog, a puggle, has been sprayed twice. Each time the smell took weeks upon weeks to go away. We tried tomato juice one time and it didn't work. Giving my dog multiple baths with dog soap, for a few days afterwards, helped a lot. During the baths you'll stir up the smell trapped in the fur so be prepared. Since you don't have hair all over your body, at least I hope not, the smell will just stick to your clothes until you wash them. So I'd suggest getting some kind of cat soap and bathing the cat at least once a day for a week. Then just wait.

Lucky, our dog got the full load. She was literally stunned as if hit by a truck. Ofcourse I did the worst thing, pick her up and carry her through the house to the bathroom.

That sucks. Both times my dog was sprayed I don't think they were direct hits. The second time she had the skunk pinned in a corner and it wouldn't turn its back to her, luckily. Had to chase the skunk away with a wiffle ball bat -- lol.

lol. I don't think it will last long. I had to pick up and hold my dog still while my mother washed her. I didn't smell for too long after.
