***Potential Spoilers***
Lets begin with a little background. I'm almost entirely a Netflix (or Amazon) watcher. Even though there are a few sitcoms and shows I very much like, I don't think most of them are worth the commercials. So I generally just wait until they get released on Netflix or Amazon Prime.
That being the case...Gotham is the first show that has attracted my interest to where I actually watched the 1st episode on Fox's website with commercials.
My thoughts? I absolutely loved the premier. I thought it was a great beginning, and its really interesting to get some additional storyline about characters in the Batman franchise that really don't have the biggest background stories from the movies. I thought the action scenes were great, the cast is good, and most of all, I absolutely loved the scene where a young Penguin was being a horribly cruel person discovering his true inner self when he had the opportunity to beat the person with a bat.
Would love to know what others thought about it, and if you will continue watching it.
