K so let me get this straight, you have a new PC with an old hard drive and in windows 8 mode, it boots but in windows 7 mode, it doesn't boot?

Was Windows 7 already installed before u got ur new computer or did you do a fresh install of windows 7 when u got the computer? Also, whats ur current GPU on that PC? Another thing to note is to make sure Windows 7 is activated or else it will shut down automatically if its not a "genuine copy"/unactivated

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

Sorry, my old HDD has windows 8 and it boots perfectly, but in the new one with windows 7 boots, but then after sometime it shutsdown. I am sure is not my HDD, or temp, is running at a good temp, if it was my PSU why is still running fine, I ran minecraft and it works okay, but I put Candy Crush and shutsdown ._________.

Did you try running anything else and see what happens? Maybe its a glitch? Heck, I didn't even know you could get candy crush for windows 7. You sure its not a virus?

I re-install everything still happened D:, there has to be someone here that had a problem like this, I am thinking it may be my Power Supply.

It may sound stupid, but FLASH GAMES or FLASH things are causing the problem o.o

just dont play flash based software

Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Don't play candy crush... But seriously, seems like a software bug. You have a new HDD? Mayby re-instal your OS?

Did you accidently unplug the CPU fan's cable etc? What do the temps read?

Try putting your hardware under load e.g Prime95 for 100% cpu load and FurMark for 100% GPU load to see if your power supply is the problem. etc.

if its running with windows 8 under load there should be no problem with the powersupply(and its not a to small powersupply, 600w should be easyly enough)

try other browsers, mb flash isnt the problem.

and are u sure its not the HDD?  install linux and try to use flash on the new HDD.
