Forums - Sales Discussion - UK Charts Week Ending 13 September 2014 (Destiny #1, PS4 46%)

interesting to see that the PS4 version sells more yet again on a major release 46% for destiny PS4

sony must be delighted taking back the uk market from xbox and you can only imagine more people choosing a PS4 when they migrate from gen 7,it is just how people are in choosing the most popular

shouldn't upset sony fans at all can't imagine why it would

Wow. Some people are really angry that the ONE version did so well aren't they. lol.

Ah well.

I'm actually laughing a little inside.  Not because of the sales results, but how you are interpreting them.  Especially, how you choose to ignore that the One also had a Destiny bundle.  It wasn't an official bundle, but a workaround to the deal Sony had with Activision/Bungie, but it was a bundle nonetheless.  What this really shows is that the majority of those jumping to next gen, even with all the deals and bundles (official or not) that MS throws at consumers, are still choosing the PS4.  You can spin it anyway you wish, but that is fact.

Edit:  Sorry, Cone.  Was just now going through the thread and didn't see your warning.
