I think Pikmin has a good chance to get a holiday boost from new Wii U buyers, and top 1 mil. physical copies. I'm sure it's already well over it with digital.

Smash will obviously sell 1 mil.+ before the year is out, no problem.

Hyrule Warriors, I think, will surprise people. Between strong Japan sales (where Warriors is huge), and Western sales (where Zelda is huge), I think it'll do well. That plus I have a feeling Nintendo might actually bother really pushing this title advertising-wise.

Bayonetta 2 is a dice roll really. It COULD wind up passing a mil. in just a couple of months, as the current 7 mil. or so Wii U ownership base are mostly "core" Nintendo gamers, many of whom are excited for the title. But it also might not. I think it will pass 1 mil. LT eventually, just maybe not this year. But we'll see.

I think that Treasure Tracker also might surprise people, but considering how close to Christmas it's releasing, who knows.

There is also the possibility of a darkhorse candidate like DKCR2 or Lego City getting a holiday boost as well, and finally passing that 1 mil. mark.

Safe bet is, at least 9 Wii U titles will be 1 mil. or more by the end of December. Possibly more.

*Smash Bros will. duh!
*Pikmin 3 will most likely, especially since if it moves 10k a week then it will reach 1m in 20 weeks. There are about 18 weeks left this year so holidays will boost it past 1m.
*Donkey Kong might... just might, I think it will but it's not a sure thing.
*Lego City: Undecover probably won't.
* Zombi U will not!
* Monster Hunter won't.
*Hyrule Warriors, I think so but it's like DKC: TF, it's not a sure thing.
*Bayonetta 2, the same as Hyrule Warriors and DKC: TF.
*Captain Toad, it will cross 500k but not 1m.

So I think at the end of 2014, the Wii U will have 12 million sellers

Nine titles, and by that I mean Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Super Smash Brothers for Wii U.

I doubt any other title will have the legs to cross 1 million this year, and ZombiU is pretty much dead at this point.

I will go with 8, maybe 9 if they get really lucky. I doubt any other title will cross that barrier this year.

Only Smash will get there this year, so 8.

But I do think Pikmin, Bayo2, and DK can do it (specially if we include digital sales), just not this year.

I think 9 is a safe bet, the two being Smash and Pikmin 3, though maybe 10 if DK can get lucky. I also think Zombi U will be above 1M by the end of 2014 if we could count digital, because Ubisoft discounts it on the e-shop a lot, though I don't think it has a chance physical.

I realise that this is incredibly ambitious and what I believe to be the most likely result listed here would have to be 10.
Things will be vastly different next year. Next year looks like a good year for all the consoles mind you.
