Russia has requested the extradition from Italy of Oleg Vorotnikov and Natalia Sokol, leaders of the protest group "Voina" ("war"). Despite a few acts of vandalism like flipping police cars, they should keep benefitting of the status of political refugees for their actions in general.
This act of vandalism, for example, was so magnificently insulting the KGB offices were Putin worked that the Russian cultural ministry awarded Voina a prize of 15000 euros :
