Wii U has been picking up a little. Probably will have 60k baseline then drop to 50k baseline end of august/early september. Then the titles will begin rolling in and will make Wii U's sales climb a little with the holiday boost/smash bros/Hyrule Warriors/Bayonetta 2/Captain Toad/others... i think smash bros will have a post holiday effect on sales for the system. You can vote on the poll and/or post in the comments. I think it will be by the end of 2014.. it will have 10.3m sold and 11.2m by March 31, 2015. GameCube had 13.94m by end of 2003 and 14.57m on March 31, 2004 (according to Video Game Sales Wiki)
Fiscal year sales should be about 5m sold from March 31, 2014 to March 31, 2015. I mean Nintendo was probably joking about their 3.6m.. or at least keeping it low so they don't out do themselves again.. but come one. Mario Kart 8 will carry the boost even through holidays and smash bros will maximixe that. along with help from other games.... GameCube 2004 fiscal year (March 31, 2003 to March 31, 2004) was 5.02m. So I see Wii U selling 5m. It may seem impossible but it's possible because of Smash during holidays... 3.5m of it's 5.02m sales came from holidays. Only 1.52m sales came from non holidays...
