It's just your taste, but I think you're totally crazy for calling Minish Cap/OoA/SS/TP above 90s when OoT is a 74. :P
And LttP a 78, and LBW an 83. I don't see near that amount of discrepancy between these games which I would consider quite similar to each other. Though OoT played very differently from its 2D predecessors and successors and I'd say feels much more original than MC or OoA, or Metroid Fusion, all of which feel much like older experiences in the same franchises.
Also I find it bizarre that you assign 45/100 points based on some notion of originality and how the game looks, but only 5/100 points based on how it controls... which I would personally call AT LEAST at 15 point category. Sometimes even more.
And that point about story in Mario platformers... why, man, why? Who actually wants that? I suppose they could try.
