Anyone know legally if there is any problems to having a new game, a port, a remake, ect.

Does Nintendo have any stake in anything conker related or is Rare 100% ownership?

This would be huge! Need a new Banjo as well, but a classic Banjo not Nuts & Bolts.

Anyway I loved Conker but I don't know what to expect if they make a new one... More of the same would be lame so they have to do something different with the game... 

Hope if they reload Conker they keep the crude humor and the movie references.

MS pls, at least let this be a port.

Add this is with that XBOX Spain quoting Conker and we might be on to something.

If Rare would make actual Banjo and Conker games it would be really awesome. Or if they ported the old classics Banjo Kazooie and Tooie. I'm a little hyped over this, I think they learned from the mistake with Nuts & Bolts, so thanks for sharing. :)
