check for viruses, and be sure that resource consuming applications are closed like an Internet web browser

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Hmm, that is weirdly low even with a bad laptop for LoL. What OS is he running?

He is running on Vista, but I think it's supported on the requirements from the game. So yeah it's weird because I'm using an equally shitty PC and mine runs at 30 fps.

That would explain things... cause Vista was and still is a shitty OS that puts stress on PC even if the PC is doing nothing and those specs running windows Vista = gg loll. Either get Windows XP (but idk if the drivers are there) Or Windows 7 cause I think thats the only way for it to work

Oh so the problem is the OS? I guess we can try and install XP maybe... Thanks for the help everyone! .

Is GPU of Laptop DirectX 9, 10 or 11?

If its 9 then go XP, 10-11 go for 7 or 8.

Check for viruses.

Check if you have unnecessary programs running while playing the game... Shutdown everything that is not gaming or related to your systems OS.
