I know the holiday is almost over, but here is a drink recipe of my own creation that I like to enjoy on this day.
Blarney Sour:
Pour over ice in this order
1.25 oz of Irish Whiskey
1.5 oz of Sweet and Sour (or whiskey sour)
0.25 oz of blue curacao
Stir
-----------
You can adjust the Whiskey to Sour based on your tastes and the blue curacao to color. Ideally you want it to come out more green than blue so go easy on the liquer as it can easily over power the color. Enjoy!
