if ports work oin wii u despite the system isnt maxed out and forced to run the game with the parameters specified by the older harwdare and so the new tricks on wii u like compute shaders and other stuff arent used, then how come it can run the games with less power when the ps4 needs more power?

is simple, wii u is mor powerful, there s no quesion about it and the ps4 example with the assesins creed port and of course the example of bayoneta for ps3 and xbox 360 prove that a quick port is nt going to perform well on the platform you port too if you dont rework the code and optimize it, which even if done if not done properly will perform worse thn the original platform it came from, so obviosuly if wii u was weaker it couldnt even run quick ports, ps3 was stronger than 360 and still bayoneta was the sorst version on ps3 since it was a port
