Yep because listening to rating agencies makes the world a better place and totally does not cause a world wide financial crisis.

Agreed. There is no way to spin Sony's financial struggles. They need to shed dead weight and have some success stories or they will be in dire situation in coming years. They can recover from this, but it is not an easy road ahead.
