Well I went bored too fast with GT5, it was my most anticipated PS3 game. Haven't bothered with GT6. I think the franchise isn't as strong as it was during the PS1/2 days, so a GT7 this fall or next will sell around the same as GT5 if the PS4 keeps selling good.

It will sell more than GT5 because the early release in generation (GT5 launched in 4th year of PS3) and PS4 better shape then PS3.

I think some will be surprised with GT6 legz too.

With the way PS4 is selling, if it releases 2015 and is reviewed well (like 88+ meta), it would outsell GT5 easily.

No, GT6 was an exception since it released at the end of the generation, but GT games sell very well and GT7 will probably sell similarly to GT5.

The disappointment of GT6 (which was a good game, just not as good as prior entries) will count against GT7 in terms of overall sales.

If the PS4 maintains its high level of success that may count towards the success of GT7.

To add a little bit GT5 was the fastest selling GT ever... It was way front loaded than any GT in the history I guess because all the years people needed to wait a new GT game.

GT6 was more in line with what GT games sells at launch even so it sold lower than what I expected and just will reach 8 million at the end of PS3 life.

I don't know. I just hope they make a real racing game this time instead of a car collecting game and driving with moving obstacles simulator. Am I the only one who thinks like me?
