I play LoL a lot but quit it months ago as i find the game extremely boring cause they don't offer any new map at all + one of the worst online gaming community i ever see.

Wanted to try Dota 2 though.

All moba comunities are terrible, what to you mean by offering a new map? Lol has 4 different maps as well as many modes. Also every season the map gets adjustements such as a change in brush or new jungle camps.
