now, now, videogame journalism is still in its infancy. Many of the people who work on it are not real journalists, the vast majority of them are just players and still don´t know how to make proper journalism. Besides, it stills depends heavily on videogame companies merchandising, then come the bias.
Ever wondered why most videogame websites and magazines don´t give attention to Nintendo news and announcements? Because Nintendo hardly pay for advertsiment on their pages.
