I heard there was a required day one update, don't know if they have it readily available. box might get banned or something. I wouldn't bite.

The xbox1 is unplayable without the day 1 software update, so what are you going to to with it until release day? I'm guessing you're not going to be able to download the day 1 software update before release day, and they could potentially lock out your account if you log on too early. I guess you can show it off to other people though.......
