Ps Vita's struggling, that's a given. I think we can forget about getting AAA exclusive titles coming from third party for now. Plus, Sony is strongly focused on PS4 launch and we can't blame them for that. But there are still solid titles that could be ported to vita without throwing too much money. The 6 millions ps vita around the world are a very good opportunity for selling little to mid games and make vita mainstream owners waiting until AAA exclusive arriving.
Puppeteer
Sony's gift to the children inside of us all. This game is something between Pinocchio and Caroline (the movie). While being a bit simple, realisation and story telling are top notch. Puppeteer is a solid surprise for sure. Colorful, native 720p, plateformer... It looks like it was designed for Ps Vita instead of PS3. Until now, the game bombed pretty hard and I'm sure, at a different date, it would have sold correct on vita.
Possibility 60% : Nothing really go against it. It is totally owned by Sony. Plus, it has some serious aliasing problem on PS3, something vita's smaller screen could easily correct.
The worlds ends with you
It's a secret for no one, JRPG work wonder on vita sell wise. And what a JRPG we have here. The title is beyond cult, and it is for reason. The world ends with you made a big flop on DS. It sold so poorly that some copies could be found at 90$ on ebay before the solo remix launch. Plus, the solo remix version si regarded as one, if not the best, mobile ported game. That game must be pushed to Vita system. At a fair price, I'm sure it would make a good amount of money and satisfy Vita owners.
Possibility 90% : Tactile software, colorful JRPG, small/light game, culte title. It would look and player wonder on Ps Vita. Sony being Square Enix's major extern shareholder make it very likely to happen.
Don't starve
Very addictive, Klei's game is highly praised by almost anyone seriousely involved in video games. From mainstream sites to much little reviewer, the game is regarded as one of the best independant titles of the last 6 years, next to Fez, Hotline Miami and yes, Flower <3. Don't starve is about 500mo of space, and at about 10$ it would make some economic sense to release it on Ps vita.
Possibility 70% : Don't starve is already scheduled to launch on PS4 by mid 2013. It would be on playstation store, it can't be closer to playstation vita. Plus, if the game could be played via DS4, it can be played on vita too.
Sly Raccoon collection
Good sellers at their time, solid games that did not aged at all, already on playstation store... Plus the 4th opus is already available on Vita. We all know it bombed, I'm sure the Sly collection could help in selling more Thieves in time. That's a two in one move. Sanzaru games could easily port them to vita since they already made thieves in time for it.
Possibility 95% : Sly Raccoon is a franchise totally owned by Sony. This games could easily run on vita. Plus The Sly collection for Vita was hinted by Amazone on march of this year. The same that leaked Jak And Dexter collection HD...
Dragon Quest VIII : Journey of the cursed king
Stellar seller, the most critically acclaimed Dragon Quest, regarded as one of the very best JRPG of all time by many players... Here comes Dragon Quest VIII. Nothing much to say about it, it's pretty much the king of his genre. I still failed to understand why this title as never been released on the playstation store. JRPG, colorful, smell money from 10 miles... Plus the more I think about the combat interface made full tactile the more I'm sold about this one.
Possibility ??? : Like TWEWY solo remix, Sony are important share holder at Square Enix. However the case is tricky. The title would probably need some serious work (read money) to be ported. Plus it would probably take good amount of size on our pricey PS Vita memory card. More unlikely than not, but I still hope there's some solution to port it to Vita (Only physical copies for example?)
Do you think about some games that could be possible (please no Skyrim 55go), or could benefit Vita's catalogue and attract mainstream audience ?
