They do.... CoD on Xbox ONE is leading the PS4 version yet... even though PS4 it's self has more pre-orders. Hell, it' even beating the PS3 version in the US.

Once the public is informed that the PS4 version (if confirmed) is superior then those pre-order will drastically change in favor of PS4. People buy next gen consoles for next gen graphics....Xbone seems to be not a next gen console in my eye.

How would this info effect preorder charts from the 19th?  Besides, the big issue here has less to do with the two games (CoD and Titanfall) being 720p than the fact that the Xbox One has very few 1080P games and what that might mean for the future. We already know it isn't as powerful as the PS4, which normally is sort of a big whoop scenario. As long as they are both powerful enough than it's not a big deal. Don't get me wrong, we don't fully know what this means. But what if the Xbox One isn't powerful enough?

It won't. My point was Xbox is the choice for CoD gamers. That isn't going to change.

What does "next gen" to you mean. Generations has nothing to do with power. If any system releases after the 3DS, (which is the first system to start off eight gen) it's considered next gen. So the Xbox One is actually a next gen system. And if this rumor is even true, (which I doubt) it won't change too much. CoD will still sell more on the X1.
