All I saw in that video was a kid crying tears of joy because he got a game he really wanted. What is the problem? Its the parents business? If they have determined their kid is mature enough to handle it then I don't see what the problem is.

My parents did not let me play violent video games or watch violent movies when I was a kid but I got my hands on them anyway. I think its better that the parents know what the kid is playing these kinds of things rather than it happening behind their backs.

The first time I played a Grand Theft Auto was aged 6. And I haven't gone any killing sprees. It's dependent on the nature of the child, someone with some form of mental disorder may be more likely to be influenced by the game down to lacking in independent thinking.
