Forums - Gaming - Nvidia Shield Playing Wii and Gamecube games (with video)

I know the interest for Nvidia Shield is disturbingly low around here, but a few people on another forum asked me how to stream and play non Steam based games on their Nvidia Shield hence I shot a quick video.

Since Steam allows you to add any .exe as a "game", and since Nvidia shield can stream anything found in Steam Big Picture mode, the possibilities for streaming are endless. You can stream a game from Origin, a PC browsing session, Photoshop...and of course cool PC exclusive emulators like Dolphin and PCSX2.

Also worth pointing out is that I am running this with a $400 dollar multimedia PC...overclocked Athlon X4 645, 8GB RAM, GTX 660 (non Ti), basic AM3+ mobo. You really don't need to buy a $1000 dollar machine to make this Nvidia Shield Streaming work.
