I can understand what the man is saying and I agree that games are the key factor but how he said it, adds to more PR woes that MS does not need.
Will this be the gen were graphics don't matter for xbox fans?

He seems to be a little angry and arrogant from this. Then again he's just sticking up for a product from the company he works for.
but...you know... Sony didn't come out on stage claiming they were using rocket science.
He's right on the part where people choose sides due to specs. The amount of times I always hear about the XB1 and PS4: "LOL why would I buy a console that is weaker than the PS4? Makes no sense!"

Guess he's never played on the PS3 before nor even knows of any Sony games. (Sounds just like the employees at my local Gamestop/EBgames locations lol)
