Yeah my app is far far away from what they have, and pretty sure they have a lot of experience in creating ios and Android app. The thing you have to consider is creating this app was a fun hobby for me and i don't make any money, if i decide to make it so big that a lot of people download it and use it everyday then you are right this wouldn't cut it( actually loosing money; 50$ for signing up for developer account :D ). i am pretty sure if i keep up with what i am doing (even 2 hours per week) after a year or so i learn a lot about developing for windows 8 then i can think of making a real app and spend a lot of time on it but if say look at those apps, it takes me alot of time to learn about what they did then i won't get there. Coming up with a unique and usefull app is not as easy as i thought but the purpose of this was to learn how to read RSS feed and display them.

I agree with you if you wanna be sucessfull in creating great app, i have to spend more time, probably not a bad idea to ask my friends to join.
