Well, since I was using a NA Facebook to base the release, maybe its only for NA. Maybe Europe and others will get it technically on "Tuesday".

No update yet.. Will check after work tonight.

More info on timing. Seems like it may be really late today in NA and therefore definitely Tuesday in other regions.

I heard it was going to be release 5pm est.

I doubt it will release before the eShop maintenance is done, which isn't scheduled to finish until 7PM pacific.
