Sony’s PlayStation 4 teaser was the most watched YouTube video during the month of February, according to official reports.

In a month that’s usually dominated by Super Bowl ads, all eyes were on the PlayStation 4 announcement instead. With over 26 million views the below PS4 teaser video bested Samsung Mobile USA’s  The Next Big Thing ad ( which aired two weeks prior ) by 5 million views.

View counts are as of March 4. To be eligible for the YouTube Ads Leaderboard, all videos must earn significant organic views as well as paid ads.

OT: That's great, though I do think that had MS shown their next console first, it would have attracted similar attention. Here's hoping Sony manages to price it well without going under in the process. I can't wait to play my first ps4 game.

The thing with harlem shake is that a single video doesn't get many views like Gangnam style, since it's basically tons of people making their own video and getting a few million views at best.

Yeah, we all knew that was some PR BS.

By the way, do you notice how quite it is around here, since this is positive news. If it said something else there be would a lot of people posting how they already expected this and that the reactions to the conference on the 20th were overhyped!
