My favorite this gen is Naughty Dog for their uncharted series. Next gen, would proabably have to be killzone shadowfall for now.

Liverpool is shut. They were my favourites.

Insomniac would be my next favourite team, but their current direction is troubling me. Were they to announce another "Tools of Destruction" style Ratchet game, I would be happy. Or even just a new IP that isn't a bloody FPS.

So I'm gonna have to throw my hat in the ring for Media Molecule and Japan Studio. Both are very creative and talented studios and I look forward to what they have in store for the future, from Tearaway to Knack and beyond.

My dream announcement would be that Insomniac have re-taken the reigns of the Spyro IP and are making a new title or that Bullfrog have reformed and are making a new Populous/Theme Hospital game.
More realistic announcements that would get me excited are that Final Fantasy Versus XIII is for the PS4 and nearly finished; that Metal Gear Solid 5 is coming to PS4; and that we'll be seeing new Ratchet/WipEout games on PS4.

ooh you're right fixing liverpool status, ya agreed versus 13 has to come some time, its been in development for ages.

Nitpicky, but I've seen quite a few people on here calling Fuse another FPS. It's a third person shooter that focuses fairly heavily on co-op (though co-op is not necessary, according to Insomniac). My source? Well... every gameplay video that's been released (like this one).

I actually toyed with just putting "shooter" there but I thought people would heckle me for that saying "BUT RATCHET IS A SHOOTER".  Which of course it is; but is a lot more than just a shooter at the same time.

Fair enough.  Should've done by research better I guess.

Wasn't the wipeout series popular, maybe it'll return to ps4.
