Best post of the thread so far^^
My list:
Sony: Themselves
Nintendo: Themselves
Microsoft: Sony
Apple: Samsung
Valve: No competition
Ouya: Actual production
Gamestick: See above+all smartphones
Sony(The Videogame Company) and Microsoft(The Videogame Compay)'s biggest threat has always been Nintendo they've even recognized this themselves. You don't simply enter the videogame market without knowing of Nintendo.
Apple's biggest threat is themselves, you can only go so far with a phone... unless we get holographic imaging:D
Nintendo's Threat is of course mobile gaming found on mobile phones. Although I hope people know that when Nintendo sells $40 3DS games they're making more money than a company that releases a free game. I can't believe people bypass this point
