Well, I have finally finished the last book and wanna talk :D so... BUMP!!

Did anyone else find the last book kinda rushed? There were so many things going on, and not enough things were resolved imho.

I'll say this though: Mat didn't handle the Last Battle all that well. He waited way too long to bring back the Seanchan. Did anyone else feel that Jordan favored the Seanchan? They always kinda felt over powered, didn't they? And they suffered far last in the Last Battle than any other nation, so they're really poised to take over the world, aren't they? And knowing Tuon she would.

Yeah, some parts felt rushed... But I think it was more because of the fact that some story elements were developed far more than they should have been in previous books.  Also, a lot of story elements hould have been resolved in previous books, like padan fain.  

As far as Matts handeling of the last battle, i think he did as well as he could have done.  He was up against one of the greatest generals ever to exist.  Also, the shara army seemed pretty epic too (wish shara had beeen adressed more in previous books!).

as far as the seanchan, aviendha basically saw the seanchan taking over the world in her visions of the future.  So it isnt that surprising that they are set up so well.  Supposedly having the aiel as a police force will keep them sharp enough to keep seanchan at bay... But I dont know if I buy that.  Tuon would never break her word though, so as long as the other nations dont attack the seanchan, they should be good... For a while anyway...

Yeah, it is really annoying that general discussion dont show up on the front page.  Basically kills this forum... Now you need to read the stormlight archive series!  It is only two books in so far, so not as intimidating, but it is really good!
