I like the Halo series and find it loads of fun for multiplayer, however I'm still skeptical about it's potential as an engaging RTS. I loved the first Fable, but in the end my vote had to go down to Splinter Cell. I don't know why, but something about that series just draws me in...
Knights of the Old Republic III (It has to happen, right?!), and Fable 2.
I'm not a fanboy, I just try to tip the balance in favor of logic and common sense.
Ninja Gaiden II - the screens and video I've seen make the game play look awesome. Hopefully it will live up to the hype.

Voted Ninja Gaiden 2, if only because I'm cautiously skeptical about most new franchises. As the reviews start to come out for these other titles, I might change my mind...

Banjo Threeie easily over anything on that list. The main reason why I want a 360.. wait the only reason why I really want a 360.
