Gears of War 1, as it was the only one i played :P
I enjoyed the first one most. The importance of cover seemed fresh in 3rd person shooters. 2 and 3 were good too but just not as good as the first. Doubt Ill get judgement though.

nope a few months after launch, It just reminds me of uncharted 2 in the way that it improved on everything from the first game plus the introduction of horde mode that was new and exciting, whereas gears 3 and uncharted 3 should have been expansions in my opinion.
