I would say all of the problems listed are legitimate but they're really issues over a much longer timeline than people typically consider ... Between Apple, Google, and Open Source Software, Microsoft is slowly losing ground in most of their existing markets and they have failed to make much of a dent in emerging markets. If left unchecked, over a few decades Microsoft will become a shadow of the company they once were.
With that said, 5 years from now most people will still be using Window's in a laptop/desktop environment, the most popular office suite will still be MS Office, and Microsoft will still be making a fortune selling a wide variety of products and services to gigantic companies who want the certainty of having a large company to sue if something goes wrong.
