I compared games and I think I may have him beaten (if you include XBLA games)--but I have a few games I've never even played yet (Like Spider Man: Edge of Time and I suspect that he does, too.

Finished 30%? You mean, each game around 30% or 30% of the games finished 100%? Because 1,000 GS = 100%. Even if you have plenty of games that only offer half of the achievements for story progress / stats stuff you should have 50,000 GS and your signature states something different.
Also, wow at the people who go "wow" on the "amount" of games. 98% of posts on these forums are "I'm so hardcore and play a lot of games and can judge everything!!11" but seeing a small collection makes people go crazy lol
Great milestone, though. I like people who own lots of games. I don't feel too crazy myself then.

I believe that you have more current gen games then I do. Most of my games are From Sega Genesis, Master System, Nes, SNES etc....Mostly retro games that I have a lot of.

When I say finish I mean I beat the game. It doesn't mean that I platinum or 1000 achievement a game. For example I beat Blue Dragon but for just beating the game I only get 60 achievement points. I didn't go hunting for the rare monster or do all the little stuff to get more achievement points.

you must have a few valuable games from back in the day then i guess
